The Information We Collect
The TALQ Consortium website enables visitors to anonymously browse to learn about the organization. While we regularly monitor site activity, none of the data captured is used or can be used to directly identify website visitors. The TALQ Consortium collects visitor data on browser types, pages accessed, duration of visits, and other meaningful information to guide us in maintaining a fully functional and informative site. Although we collect visitor IP addresses, the TALQ Consortium never uses this information to directly identify but rather to assess access providers and service networks employed.
Personally identifiable information about you is collected when you agree to provide your e-mail address to us when registering for our newsletter or when requesting further information from us. Personally identifiable information, provided by you or your company, is also used to enable you privileged information access reserved for members of the TALQ Consortium..
How We Use It
To visitors providing e-mail addresses or other (indirect) personally identifiable information, TALQ Consortium will only use such information to send you our newsletter or to respond to your inquiry. When you unsubcribe from our newsletter, your e-mail address will be deleted from our files. If, in the future, the organization undergoes any organizational reorganization, we may be required to transfer your personally identifiable information to the surviving entity. Personally identifiable information will also only be disclosed if TALQ Consortium is required to do so by law, regulation or another government authority. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will never submit your personally identifiable information to third parties for whatever purpose including, but not limited to, direct marketing purposes. The TALQ Consortium may choose to have some of its activities performed by agents, operating on our behalf.
Google Analytics, Plug-ins and Cookies

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for the TALQ Consortium and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Google and all its subsidiaries, such as Google Analytics, abide by the Safe Harbor privacy principles and are affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the US Ministry of Trade.
