Certification tool for Smart City Protocol approved
Recent plug fest anticipates TALQ Certification of various Smart City Applications

The TALQ Consortium has completed the first TALQ version 2.0 plug fest to verify interoperability of multiple smart city sensors and controllers with Central Management Software (CMS) from various vendors forming the first part of the official certification process. In total 14 companies attended the event which comprised testing sessions to analyze and assure compatibility of the different systems and a developers’ workshop for those still working on their implementations. By doing so, the stable and extensive functionality of the Test Tool was verified and allows version 2.1.0 to be officially released. The Consortium expects eleven products (CMS and gateways) to be certified as TALQ-compliant by the end of July 2019.
